Install the Danalock App on your phone in seconds. A wizard then guides you through the calibration and setup of your Danalock.
Lock and unlock with the userbutton, the TwistAssist function or using your smartphone. And with auto unlock you simply unlock when you approach your home and lock automatically right after you entered.
The Danalock has an average battery lifetime up to one year, and needs no external powersource. Be ware that using some Z-Wave Gateways may cause shorter battery lifetime. The battery status is easily wiewed in the App.

By pressing the middle of the Danalock, twisting it, or by using the free app you can lock or unlock without ever having to use a key again.

Q. Is the Danalock waterproof?
A: No the Danalock is made to be mounted on the inside of a front door.
Q. How many degrees can the Danalock turn?
A: The Danalock can turn 1080 degrees or 3 full turns.
Q. Does the Danalock work on a door with a 3 Point Locking System?
A: Yes. Just lift up the handle when the Danalock is locking. You don't need to hold the handle when the door is unlocked.
Q. How do I install my Danalock?
A. It only require few skills to install a Danalock. Please go through our video section to find video guides and installation manuals. The app has a settings-wizard that helps you through each step of setting up the Danalock.

A: The Danalock is made to fit almost any door, but the way it is mounted on the door depends on the door lock. We have devided the different door locks in three groups:

Q. Can I use my old key if I have a Profile cylinder?
A: The Danalock comes with an adjustable profile cylinder, you can either take your old cylinder to a locksmith and get him to modify the cylinder so it fits a Danalock.

Q. How do I change the battery?
A: The Danalock comes with an adjustable profile cylinder, you can either take your old cylinder to a locksmith and get him to modify the cylinder so it fits a Danalock.
Q. How to measure and modify the adjustable cylinder?
A: In the Danalock package you’ll find an adjustable cylinder, a small screwdriver, two breakable screws and 6 brass tubes.
Measure the back part of the old cylinder from the middle of the screwhole and away (see top illustration).
Find the adjustable lock cylinder in the Danalock package.
Unscrew the small screws on both sides of the part you want to remove, and pull the cylinder apart.
Exchange the brass cylinder in the center with another that fits the spacer piece you want to use.
